Problem:

- new application system had a runtime of much longer than batch window

- online process to start later - which caused several outages

 

Solution

- short analysis of the system and database-system

- change of batch process to enhance run times

​

Result:

- batch run time was immediatley reduced by 50 %

- no outage any more

- stable system reestablished within short period of time at very low costs
